Bill of Rights
Clients
of Inner Windows Therapeutic Practices have the right to:
- Expect and receive a professional session.
- Have your session begin and end as scheduled.
- Have a therapist/instructor who is clean and well trained.
A
professional, who conducts themselves honestly, and ethically.
- Receive at least 24 hours notice in the event of
rescheduling.
- Draping and treatment that ensures your modesty, comfort
and privacy at all times.
- A clean, safe, and comfortable environment for your
session, free of sexual harassment or discrimination.
- Complete confidentiality of your personal information and
treatment unless pre-approved in writing or subpoenaed by a court of
law, and complete discretion regarding any discussion during your
session.
- A fee schedule, appropriate for the specialty and treatment
provided, and all fees disclosed and understood at time of booking the
appointment.
- Discontinue the session at any time if you feel threatened,
harassed, or otherwise unsafe without fees due for that session.
- Referrals to the appropriate medical professionals or other
specialist as are appropriate for your condition.
Providers
at Inner Windows Therapeutic Practices have the right to:
- A client who arrives on time for their sessions.
- A client who is clean and respectful at all times.
- A client who is not inebriated or under the influence of
narcotic substances.
- To be fairly, and promptly paid for their services.
- 24 hours notice from the client in the event of
rescheduling or cancellation.
- A clean, safe, and comfortable work environment, free of
sexual harassment and discrimination.
- Discontinue the session at any time if they feel
threatened, harassed or otherwise unsafe without fees due from the
client for that session.
- Refuse service to a client at any time for just and
reasonable cause.
- Refuse to use a requested technique if that technique would
not be in the interest of the client's well being.
- Refer a client to a medical professional or other
specialist if the client's condition is beyond the skill, knowledge,
and/or scope of practice of the practitioner.
